Product Specialist

Join Intropic, a fast-growing information company focused on providing valuable data and software products. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical onboarding and implementation of our equity rebalance datasets for new client teams in the APAC region. You will also act as the first point of contact for product and index-methodology queries, work with clients to maximize their subscription value, and support evaluations and trials of our full product suite. This role offers a clear path to becoming an Account Manager for the region.

• Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of Intropic's equity rebalance datasets for new client teams across APAC.
• Act as the first point of contact for product and index-methodology queries on index events across various indices, often in real time.
• Work continuously with clients to ensure they are maximising value from their Intropic subscriptions: monitoring usage, running training sessions and demos, and resolving issues quickly.
