About The Role
Join <monday.com>, the AI work platform powering ambitious teams. As the Field Revenue Excellence Lead for the APJ region, you will drive impact by identifying performance gaps, building programs, and optimizing enablement impact. You will partner with regional sales leadership, own the quarterly Revenue Excellence roadmap, and guide new hires through their onboarding journey.
- Be the focal point for Revenue Excellence in the APJ region, partnering with regional sales leadership to uncover and diagnose performance gaps.
- Build programs, frameworks, and systems that turn regional strategy into real behavior change, utilizing performance data to optimize enablement impact.
- Own the quarterly Revenue Excellence roadmap for the APJ region, leading the end-to-end design and delivery of regional programs.
