About The Role
Join Stoïk, a dynamic and rapidly growing company, as an HR Operations Manager. In this role, you will oversee HR operations in Spain and soon Italy, manage payroll, daily operations, onboarding, and offboarding processes. You will work closely with local teams, the Country Manager, and the Global HR team, and have a high level of autonomy in organizing your daily tasks.
- Gestionar la nómina para España y, próximamente, Italia, asegurando el cumplimiento total de la normativa laboral.
- Ser el usuario clave de nuestro sistema de información de recursos humanos (HRIS) y gestionar las relaciones con los proveedores sociales.
- Manejar el proceso administrativo de pre-onboarding y offboarding, proporcionando orientación legal y de recursos humanos a los gerentes.
