Head of Claims - Europe

Join Stoïk, a fast-growing European cyber insurer that combines insurance with prevention. As the Head of Claims for Europe, you will lead our cyber claims function, manage a team of claims professionals, and handle complex losses. You will work closely with various teams across Stoïk and report directly to the VP Insurance. • Lead and develop a team of cyber claims handlers across European markets, overseeing claims through every stage of adjustment.
• Handle a personal portfolio of the largest and most complex cyber claims, leading settlement negotiations and managing external experts.
• Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and product development, to improve risk selection and policies.
