Senior Fraud Operations Manager

• Oversight of outsourced partners for fraud and disputes operations, ensuring accountability for SLAs and performance.
• Driving strategic partners oversight and monitoring fraud and disputes metrics, delivering actions to address trends.
• Collaborating across the company to remove roadblocks and solve complex challenges relating to Monzo's EU expansion.

• You have previous experience leading and managing Fraud operations in payments or banking
• You enjoy partnering with 3rd party vendors, data scientists, and second line of defence (2LOD) to proactively mitigate and respond to existing and emerging fraud trends
• You champion the use of automated processes to find more efficient ways of working
• You are a problem solver who takes initiative to create a high impact for stakeholders
• Excel at stakeholder management and coordination across multiple teams
• You excel at leveraging robust data insights and analytics to drive strategic decision-making
• You have previous experience of achieving results through 3rd party/outsourcing management and you’re excited about working in a cross-functional team with engineers and data scientists to empower third party vendors' success
• You understand the Financial crime, money mulling risks of the various products and services operating in the fintech space
