Head of People

Join Qualifyze as the Head of People, where you will be responsible for the operational infrastructure that supports effective hiring, development, and retention of employees. You will report directly to the SVP of Finance and have end-to-end ownership of various areas including talent acquisition, people operations, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits administration, and compliance. You will lead a high-impact team, drive hiring and employer branding initiatives, build scalable people operations and HR systems, manage rewards policy and performance, and create an engaging workplace and culture.

• Ownership of the operational infrastructure for hiring, paying, developing, and retaining employees effectively.
• Leading and developing a high-impact team across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partnering.
• Driving end-to-end hiring and employer branding initiatives, and building scalable People Operations and HR systems.

• 7+ years in people, HR, or shared services roles, with direct, hands-on ownership of talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, HRIS, and compliance
• Experience in high-change environments. Multi-country and multi-entity experience is a strong plus
• Fluent English is required. Spanish and/or German are a plus
• An organized, structured thinker with a pragmatic approach to finding solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing complexity across multiple jurisdictions. Practical experience with Spanish and/or German labor law is a strong plus
• Tech-savvy with a mindset for adopting AI, automation, and process optimization
• A track record of personally owning the operational execution of people processes at scale, and of managing teams across multiple locations
