Principal Brand Designer

Join OLX, a leading online marketplace connecting millions of people worldwide. As the Principal Brand Designer, you will shape the visual identity and creative direction of OLX and its portfolio of brands. You will work closely with various teams to translate business strategy and customer insights into cohesive creative systems that strengthen brand equity and build customer trust. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role for someone with exceptional craft, systems thinking, and a passion for building brands that scale globally.

• You build frameworks, governance models, templates and design systems that enable organisations to produce consistently exceptional work. You know that the best design creates lasting capability, not just individual deliverables
• You're comfortable partnering with Marketing, Brand Strategy and executive stakeholders, translating positioning, customer insights and business objectives into creative systems that deliver measurable business impact
• You already incorporate AI into your creative practice and understand where emerging technologies create value, and where human judgement remains essential
• Your portfolio demonstrates outstanding work across visual identity, typography, layout, storytelling, motion and digital experiences. You understand how to create memorable brands—and how to evolve and steward them over time
• You create brands that people trust:

• You communicate with clarity, build trusted relationships and bring people together around a shared creative vision. You're equally comfortable presenting to executives, collaborating with marketers or mentoring fellow designers
• You influence without authority:
• 10+ years of experience in brand design, or visual design
• Experience building or contributing to enterprise design systems
• Experience building or evolving brands at scale across multiple products or markets
• Experience with motion design, storytelling, and digital brand experiences
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
• Expertise in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite
