Head of Yield and Business Operations

Join OLX, a leading online marketplace, as the Head of Yield and Business Operations. In this role, you will lead revenue optimization and business operations across multiple countries, acting as a "Chief of Staff" to drive strategic coordination and disciplined decision-making. You will set the operating cadence for both Goods and Advertising businesses, manage OKRs, and navigate a complex cross-functional matrix organization. Additionally, you will own yield optimization, monitor revenue performance, and manage external partnerships. • 8+ years of experience in revenue management, business operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff-type roles
• Track record of building operational discipline, setting cadence, and driving accountability across teams
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with excellent judgment on complex business trade-offs
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence across organizational boundaries without direct authority
• Experience managing revenue optimization with both financial and non-financial metrics
• Proven experience managing effectively in matrix organizations across geographies and functions
• Comfortable with competitive market dynamics and strategic differentiation challenges
