Implementation Specialist

Join HiBob, a fast-growing HR platform that helps modern businesses transform their people management. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing consultation and enablement to HiBob customers, ensuring they get the best out of the solution. You should have proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager and/or CSM, a strong understanding of SaaS, and excellent communication skills.

• Implementing HiBob's HR platform for clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the solution.
• Providing consultation and enablement to HiBob customers throughout the implementation process.
• Collaborating with product specialists and development teams to address client needs and feedback.

**What You Bring**

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager/Project Manager and/or CSM
• Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
• Experience in project management
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
• Ability to interact with product specialists and development teams around delivery/roadmap
• A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• A passion to learn the Bob product and tech-savviness
• A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed

**Nice to have**

• Knowledge of HR
• You speak German, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Spanish
• Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
• Experience with Asana, Slack, Quip, Zendesk
