Senior Backend Product Engineer (Elixir)

• Concevoir, construire, expédier et vérifier les fonctionnalités alimentées par l'IA, en prenant en charge les problèmes de bout en bout.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les ingénieurs Backend et Frontend, le Design, l'assurance qualité et DevOps pour résoudre des problèmes complexes.
• Prendre la responsabilité des fonctionnalités que vous livrez, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient bien testées, maintenables et conformes à nos normes de qualité.

• Commercial experience with Elixir, or strong backend development experience in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, or PHP combined with a strong motivation to learn Elixir
• Experience with Typescript and Mastra (AI TypeScript framework) or strong willingness to learn it
• Senior-level judgment: you have shipped enough to know when good enough is good enough
• Communication: fluent English, Polish is a plus
• Product thinking: you push back on specs, evaluate trade-offs, prototype cheaply, kill your own ideas when data says so
• Interest in building with AI: hands-on LLM/feature experience is a plus, curiosity and shipped experiments count too
