• Developing and managing construction programmes, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction methodologies, managing procurement and resource planning.
• Monitoring project costs and productivity, maintaining quality assurance systems and documentation.

**What We're Looking For**

We're keen to speak with experienced Project Engineers who bring:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Ideally 5+ years' experience in heavy civil construction
• Experience across earthworks, drainage, infrastructure, roading or major construction projects
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and cost management capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify problems, develop solutions and drive outcomes
• A commitment to quality, safety and environmental excellence
