Investment Banking Associate

Join our team as an Investment Banking Associate, where you will coordinate and support the origination and execution of M&A, Leveraged Finance, and Equity Capital Markets transactions for clients across the Benelux region. You will prepare and review detailed valuation analyses, support end-to-end transaction execution, actively communicate with clients and senior investment bankers, and assist in the origination of new business. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or corporate finance, M&A experience, and strong technical skills in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

• Coordinating and supporting the origination and execution of M&A, Leveraged Finance, and Equity Capital Markets transactions.
• Preparing and reviewing detailed valuation analyses, including DCFs, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO analyses.
• Actively communicating with clients, advisers, and senior investment bankers, including participation in client meetings and origination and execution-related events.

• 2–5 years of relevant full-time experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
• M&A experience
• Native Dutch and fluent English language skills
• Strong technical skillset across financial analysis, modelling and valuation
• Partnership-minded, with a strong drive for excellence, underpinned by robust analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
