Marketing Manager

Join Warner Music Canada as a Marketing Manager, where you will lead high-impact marketing campaigns for a diverse roster of artists, with a focus on the country genre. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, act as the primary marketing liaison for artists, manage marketing budgets, analyze streaming data, and oversee the development of marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in music marketing, exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, and an understanding of the Canadian music landscape.

• Développer et exécuter des stratégies marketing pour les sorties de singles, les campagnes d'album et les lancements de projets.
• Agir en tant que principal interlocuteur marketing pour les artistes, leurs équipes de gestion et les partenaires de label WMG, en veillant à une communication transparente.
• Analyser les données de streaming, les analyses des médias sociaux et les insights d'audience pour affiner et optimiser les campagnes.

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in music marketing, record label product management, digital agency work, or entertainment marketing
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple fast-moving campaigns under tight deadlines
• Ability to navigating dynamic label environments with flexibility, clear boundary-setting, and a focus on solutions
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and tact when working with artists and executive stakeholders
• Understanding of the Canadian music landscape, current digital/social media trends, streaming platform algorithms, and fanbase dynamics
• Experience leveraging data platforms (Chartmetric, Spotify for Artists, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics) to inform creative marketing strategy
