Job Description performing the most complex expert organisation tasks development and administration of product range, drafting of strategies and tactics, changes, co-ordination and introduction of providers during implementation responsibility for market performance and economic viability of the product range compilation of business plans and development programmes drafting guidelines, methodologies and development policies and marketing of products and services introduction of new methodologies and standards for development and marketing drafting and controlling proposals for adopting decisions co-ordination and management of teams proposing and/or introducing improvements mentorship and transfer of knowledge coordination, supervision and monitoring of the work process participation in project teams and work groups
