Senior SOX Compliance Analyst

You will be a key participant in the testing of internal controls in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley by gathering, analyzing, and documenting processes over financial reporting Coordinate efforts to ensure SOX compliance requirements are met within required deadlines Proactively monitor changes in business, process and systems and provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders You will identify internal control deficiencies and ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions Further, you will assist in the creation and maintenance of the key control matrix and advise management on improvement recommendations related to key controls Interact with external auditors to coordinate walkthroughs, follow up on inquiries, and provide audit support as requested
