The team works closely together, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous professional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions for children. - Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that support functional communication outcomes. - Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other therapists to ensure holistic care. - Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. - Maintain accurate, professional clinical documentation. **What You’ll Need:** - Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology. - Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. - Experience in paediatric settings preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player. **Highly Regarded:** - Experience working within the NDIS framework. - Familiarity with early intervention strategies and child development frameworks.
