Consumer Engagement Operations Specialist - Maternity Cover

The Consumer Engagement Operation is a role with a high organizational content which is responsible for coordinating and planning all the back end OPS activities aimed at the execution and implementation of the actions envisaged in the brands' marketing plans and respecting the deadline. Provide operational and organizational support to the Customer Engagement department

• Plans the preliminary activities necessary for the execution and go live of the actions envisaged in the brand marketing plans with evidence of the owner and the deadlines
• Monitors the progress of the works to ensure that the plans are respected
• Coordinates the internal and external staff for the creation\production\delivery of the materials necessary for the implementation of each campaign envisaged in the brand marketing plans within the agreed times
• Constant updating of the marketing plans with the contents for the implementation of the campaigns and related notification to the contact persons Customer Engagement Deployment market and the Retail Mktg contacts of the countries involved
• Sharing monthly communication focus contents with the Customer Engagement Deployment market contacts and the Retail Mktg contacts of the countries involved
• Supervises the collection of subscriptions to the marketing initiatives proposed in the seasonal marketing plans within the agreed deadline
• Monitoring the delivery status of digital communications and first level support for the market representatives involved for any problems

• Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• English B2
• Strong organizational and priority management skills
