Learning & Development Officer (Sales Trainer)

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to support the needs of the Sales team in the field. Conduct training sessions for the Indodana Sales team, including onboarding, socialization, and refresher training. Evaluate training programs to ensure their effectiveness. Conduct regular visits to Promoters to ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in the field. Regularly review and update training materials. Prepare regular training reports and documentation of training activities.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communications, Psychology, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a related field. Experience working in the fintech industry is preferred. Proficient in using computers, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Knowledge of sales. Willing to travel for business purposes. Placement in Jakarta (Plaza Bank Index / Wisma KEIAI).
