We are looking for a passionate **Maintenance Technician (m/f)** to join our team. Here, you will not just be repairing equipment; you will be part of a community that ensures the proper operation, conservation, and safety of the entire hotel, making sure our guests' experience is as flawless as the Ericeira horizon.

Key Responsibilities & Mission

• **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the hotel’s facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting breakdowns or technical needs.
• **Operations & Technical Support:** Promptly respond to maintenance requests from various departments, supporting the resolution of technical issues affecting daily operations.
• **Safety & Best Practices:** Strictly follow safety protocols, correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report any situations that may pose a risk to people, equipment, or facilities.
• **Organization & Inspection:** Conduct regular inspections of the property, keeping technical and work areas organized, clean, and safe while ensuring proper care of tools and machinery.
• **Collaboration & Reporting:** Log and update completed maintenance tasks, reporting status updates to the Maintenance Manager / POM, and supporting external contractors or suppliers when needed.
• **Conservation & Improvement:** Contribute to the continuous upkeep of the hotel, promoting responsible use of resources and identifying opportunities for upgrades or replacements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• **Experience & Technical Skills:** Previous experience in maintenance, technical facilities, or a similar role is preferred, along with solid general technical knowledge suitable for the position.
• **Languages:** Proficiency in Portuguese adequate for the role; working knowledge of English is a plus.
• **Personal Skills:** Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and clear communication skills.
• **Attitude:** Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• **Flexibility:** Operational availability and flexibility aligned with hotel industry schedules.
