**Things you’ll do in this role:**
- Discuss technical, often scientific, topics with external stakeholders.
- Build relationships with a range of project developers and take ownership of contract negotiations from start to finish.
- Coordinate between Isometric team members across different divisions (Science, Growth, Technology) to identify and address blockers to working with priority developers.
**Things we’re looking for:**
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and driving high-stakes partnerships and negotiations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments — you cherish taking ownership and thinking strategically.
- Aptitude for quickly diving into complex topics and gaining a strong enough understanding to credibly discuss them with technical audiences, such as scientists.
**This role isn’t for you if:**
- You want a remote job. We value collaboration and physical time together. We’re in the office three days per week.
- You want to stay within your area of expertise and you prefer structured environments. We’re a small team moving at extreme pace in an environment with plenty of ambiguity. We’re building and learning on the fly—and everyone’s a generalist.
- You’re not comfortable with regular travel.
- You’re looking for a short term gig. We’re building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
