**What We Offer**

• **Pay:** starting at $20/hour **|** $21/hour (if you are or when you become EPA certified)
• **$1,500 sign-on bonus** (details discussed during interview)

• $150/week (calls or no calls)
• Additional $150 per holiday on-call

**Maintenance Technician - Make Ready Schedule**

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

**What You’ll Be Doing**

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
• Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

**What We’re Looking For**

• At least **1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience**
• **No HVAC certification required** if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

**Physical & Technical Requirements**

• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
• Ability to drive a golf cart
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Background check required
