Carpenter

We are seeking a highly motivated **residential** **Carpenter** to join our team in the **Richmond, VA area!**

This is an **onsite Carpenter position** for an **apartment community - Abbington West End Apartments**

This is a full time position with **40 hours per week guaranteed!** Working hours are currently Mon-Fri.

**Weinstein Properties** **owns and manages all of our properties** which provides stability and growth opportunities!

**Compensation:**

• **Pay** **- starting at $24 per hour** depending on experience
• **Quarterly Bonus – $980 potential** (based on performance of property and team)
• **Benefits -** vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount and 401K with company match

**Requirements:**

• Carpenter candidates must possess at least 4 years of residential carpentry experience.
• Job duties include demolition, sheet rock installation/repair, kitchen & bath renovations, door installation, framing and trim work.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills are a plus!
• **Must have and use your own tools.**
• **Reliable transportation and valid driver's license REQUIRED.**
• DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.
