Enterprise Applications Administrator

Job Brief: This role is responsible for the functional and technical configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) across the full hire-to-retire employee lifecycle. The position works closely with HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruitment, IT, internal control, and external vendors to translate HR business requirements into reliable, secure, and supportable application solutions. The current Oracle Fusion HCM scope includes Global HR (Core HR), Journeys (onboarding and offboarding), Absence Management, Payroll, Time and Labor, Recruiting and Recruiting Booster, Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Career Development, Talent Review and Succession), Workforce Compensation, Help Desk, and Learning.
