Senior H&S Specialist

Implement and enforce the company’s HSE Policy and HSE Plan on site, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian HSE standards, regulations, company procedures, and site rules. Provide HSE information, safety signs, instructions, and awareness materials across the site, and maintain HSE awareness among personnel through training, toolbox meetings, and active involvement. Advise and support Project Management and site teams on HSE matters, and coordinate HSE activities across company personnel and subcontractors. Organize and monitor toolbox meetings, conduct risk assessments, implement the work permit system, and monitor the application of HSE technical standards and regulations. Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits, report findings, and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans. Investigate accidents and near-misses, prepare reports, identify root causes, and track agreed corrective actions. Collect and consolidate HSE statistics and performance data for reporting. Participate in emergency response activities to protect personnel, property, and the environment. Maintain effective coordination with Project Management, subcontractors, and site stakeholders on all HSE matters.
