Head, Performance Analytics & MIS

Job Objectives ▪ Own the enterprise performance analytics and MIS framework. ▪ Lead the Bank’s enterprise Performance Analytics and MIS Capability, ensuring management has reliable and relevant information for decision making ▪ Establish strong governance over management information, including data integrity, KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, validation and controls. ▪ Enable timely and effective executive decision-making through high-quality dashboards, management reports, analytical insights and performance information ▪ Transform the Bank’s MIS and analytics capabilities through automation, enhanced analytical methodologies, improved data quality and development of team’s capabilities. ▪ Lead performance analytics and management information, including controlled scorecard creation and generation, dashboards, data quality, analytical reporting and automation, using approved KPI definitions.
