Engineer 2, Equipment Maintenance

Job Summary: • Responsible for machine preventive maintenance and broken-down repair and ensure all scheduled equipment PM must be performed on time. • Create and update equipment documentation (including equipment preventive manual, spare parts list and maintenance working instruction). • Through internal maintenance and outsourcing services to solve the equipment fault. • Responsible for the new equipment installation and debugging. • According to the production demands improvement and enhance the equipment performance to cost down. • Training and guiding the technician`s daily maintenance work. • 0 accident injuries for maintenance team. • Obey the task assigned by equipment manager. • Participate in the development of equipment department monitoring system.
