Senior Engineer, Test

Responsible for high-speed transceiver module test issue-solving along New Product Introduction period, in perspectives of Module test yield improvement, scrap control, HPU reduction to maintain profitable product cost roadmap. Project module test leader for new product transfer from design to mass production, to Ensure that all new products meet specified requirements, the budget cost and the transfer timeline. He/she will be accountable for product validation, failure analysis, test debug, yield improvement, scrap/HPU reduction, cost down activities, coordination and trouble shooting.
