Lead Engineer, Product

Responsible for the leadership and direction of OSA NPI technical issue-solving along New Product Introduction period. Coach and guide Junior engineers for team growth in technical wise. Project technical leader for new product transfer from design to mass production, to ensure that all new products meet specified requirements, the budget cost and the transfer timeline. He/she will be accountable for product validation, failure analysis, test debug, yield improvement, cost down activities, coordination and trouble shooting.
