KITCHEN COORDINATOR

As Kitchen Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Culinary team, helping ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, kitchen colleagues, Purchasing, Finance, Human Resources and other departments to ensure that kitchen documentation, schedules, requisitions, records and departmental communication are properly maintained. You will also support the Culinary team in delivering IHG standards and True Hospitality for Good by helping the department stay organized, compliant and ready to deliver a great guest experience.
