Senior HR Data & Systems Analyst

We are looking for HR data domain expert on the team. Translates EM's HR metrics (forcecount, Management Trainee retention, PIP cadence, schedule usage) into precise, certified data definitions that engineers can build and Power BI teams can trust. Bridges HR, HRIS, and D&A stakeholders on one side and the engineering team on the other. Responsibilities: Interpret EM's Power BI requirements template and convert the 5 metric domains into documented metric definitions and business rules Define calculation logic for metrics such as Forcecount (averaged over 36 points in time), All-In retention, MT 120-Day retention, Source of Hire, and Reviews Past Due Map Workday, Dayforce, and PeopleSoft source fields to Silver dimensions and Go
