Founder’s Associate / Strategy & Growth Analyst

Join Beloy, one of the fastest-growing insurtech companies, as a Founder’s Associate / Strategy & Growth Analyst. This 6-month internship, starting in September 2026, will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with the Leadership Team on a variety of strategic and growth initiatives. You will be involved in business strategy, communication, market watch, fundraising, reporting, and other ad-hoc strategic and operational initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite, and a willingness to learn financial modeling.

• Support on new business initiatives through market research, business analysis, financial modeling, and go-to-market strategies.
• Create presentation materials for key stakeholders (All Hands, Boards, Leadership Team, investor relations, etc.).
• Assist in the fundraising process including participating in investor discussions and creating investor material (pitch decks, business plans, etc.).

### What you will bring
**Background:**

• Top tier schools and universities in France or abroad
• Relevant experience (including previous internships/apprenticeships) demonstrating analytical, reporting and research abilities in VC firms, consulting, strategy, M&A or a similar role within a high-growth startup

**Skills:**

• You are a fast learner, curious and able to problem solve
• You are rigorous: we will be relying on you! This means you will be structured and have strong analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
• You are completely fluent in Google/Microsoft Suite, including Excel. You have proficiency in analysing large amounts of data and presenting it clearly with the help of presentations, pivot tables, etc.
• You have working knowledge of financial modeling to perform market sizing, profitability analysis etc., or willingness to learn

**Compensation**\*\*: €1,200 gross per month for an internship, or between €1,200 and €1,870 gross per month for an apprenticeship, depending on the candidate’s profile and the applicable legal/conventional framework in France.\*\*
