Customer Care Representative (Internship) - Italian speaker

Join Singulart, a fast-growing SaaS-enabled marketplace dedicated to empowering fine artists. As a Customer Care Representative intern, you will manage post-sale communication with clients, provide regular updates, and work closely with the Sales and Logistics teams. Fluency in English and Italian is required, and a strong interest in the art/luxury sectors is preferred.

• Gestionar toda la comunicación post-venta con los clientes, manteniéndolos informados y actualizados.
• Aplicar el tono de voz adecuado en cada situación, respondiendo a las emociones del cliente con empatía y profesionalismo.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ventas y logística para anticipar problemas y crear una experiencia fluida.
• Fluency in English and Italian expected, additional language(s) are a strong plus: Spanish and/or Italian
• You have a taste for customer relations
• You have a professional and positive communication style
• You adapt to change and are comfortable with ambiguity

• You have a strong interest in Art/Luxury sectors
• You're familiar with IT tools, experience with a CRM software (HubSpot) is a plus
