Field Marketing Manager (DACH)

Join Navan as the Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region. Based in Berlin, you will lead integrated field marketing programs, collaborate with various teams, and execute a region-specific marketing strategy. You will also manage budgets, vendor relationships, and track performance against KPIs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing, is fluent in German and English, and excels in fast-paced environments.

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von regionalen Marketingstrategien und -plänen für den DACH-Markt, die mit den regionalen Verkaufszielen und den Wachstumszielen des Unternehmens übereinstimmen.
• Planung, Verwaltung und Durchführung eines Portfolios von hochwirksamen Initiativen, einschließlich Live- und virtueller Veranstaltungen, Messen/Konferenzen und gezielter Kampagnen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, um Zielkonten/Segmente zu identifizieren, maßgeschneiderte Marketingstrategien zu entwerfen und die Pipeline-Beschleunigung zu unterstützen.
• You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing - ideally within B2B SaaS, travel/expense tech, or a high-growth technology context
• You have a proven track record of designing and executing demand generation and field marketing campaigns that drove measurable pipeline growth, brand visibility, and sales support results
• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• You are analytical - comfortable using data to measure impact, build reports and dashboards, and iterate quickly on what works
• You thrive working cross-functionally, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Revenue and Marketing Ops to deliver aligned go-to-market impact
• You are fully fluent in both written and spoken German and English
• You excel in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; you combine strategic thinking with strong project management, execution discipline, and leadership skills
