Founding Marketer

Join Ideogram, a cutting-edge company in the tech industry, as our first Founding Marketer. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping Ideogram's story across various channels, working closely with our CEO and collaborating with product, design, creative, and GTM teams. You will create a repeatable system for communication, stay close to the work by writing copy and drafting posts, and utilize the support of designers, creative partners, video editors, contractors, and agencies. • Collaborer directement avec le PDG et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes produit, design, créative et GTM pour créer des récits convaincants.
• Créer un système répétable pour la communication d'Ideogram qui privilégie la rapidité et l'authenticité.
• Curiosity, taste, and evidence of doing the work. A creative background is helpful, but a conventional resume matters less
• A strong understanding of new media: direct, fast-moving, audience-aware, and less dependent on traditional gatekeepers
• A storyteller who operates like a builder, with strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to bring a team and audience around a clear narrative
• Someone who has built a brand, helped shape one up close, and/or built a meaningful personal presence of their own
• Experience using AI tools in a creative or marketing workflow — whether image generation tools like Midjourney, Ideogram, or similar products, or tools like Claude Code and Codex to move faster on execution
• A hands-on operator who is willing to draft the post, shape the landing page, or test the idea directly
