Senior Product Manager

Join Basetwo, an innovative company focused on revolutionizing the manufacturing and process industries. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the founding team to build and lead a product-driven organization. You will drive the product experience, collaborate with engineering and science teams, and own the product strategy and roadmap for Basetwo's AI-powered process simulation and digital twin platform. This role requires a deep understanding of process engineering and a passion for translating complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in product management or process/chemical engineering roles, with meaningful time spent in product management for technical or enterprise software
• Familiarity with modeling and simulation workflows such as bioreactor simulation, chromatography simulation, reaction simulation, or other process simulation use cases
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Understanding of energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction in manufacturing processes is a plus
• Direct experience with tech transfer, process scale-up, or moving processes from development into manufacturing, and a strong grasp of how process knowledge, models, data, and operating constraints shift across R&D, pilot, and production stages
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or life sciences technology
• Knowledge of industrial databases and control systems (e.g., OSI PI) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders
• A process engineering background, with hands-on experience in pharma, biologics, or related regulated manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex engineering and scientific workflows into clear product requirements and intuitive product experiences for technical users
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and simulation applications in the B2B enterprise world
