Backend developer (Java)

Join Pixid, a company undergoing an ambitious transformation phase. As a Backend Developer, you will be part of a team building next-generation micro-services using cutting-edge technologies. Your key responsibilities will include microservices development, event-driven systems, zero-trust implementation, database optimization, promoting best practices, ensuring code quality, and implementing observability. You should have 4+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring framework, a strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns, experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers, proficiency in PostgreSQL, and knowledge of containerization and CI/CD practices.

• Conception et mise en œuvre de microservices en utilisant Java/Spring Boot, en suivant les principes de conception pilotée par le domaine.
• Développement de services pilotés par des événements en utilisant Kafka ou des plateformes similaires, en mettant en œuvre le sourcing d'événements et les modèles CQRS.
• Promotion et mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques d'ingénierie, y compris le code propre, les principes SOLID, les tests complets et la documentation.
• 4+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring framework
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and RESTful API design
• Experience with event-driven architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including query optimization and materialized views
• Understanding of zero-trust architecture and security best practices
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Languages: English C1 🇬🇧 - French B2+ 🇫🇷

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with API gateway patterns
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Design and hexagonal architecture
