Engineering Manager

• Foster the growth and development of engineers in your team cluster by running regular 1:1s, supporting career development, and giving actionable feedback.
• Drive team health by ensuring effective collaboration, identifying friction early, and stepping in when challenges affect delivery or morale.
• Shape how teams work together by facilitating discussions across teams, ensuring the right people are involved in decisions that impact multiple areas.
• You think like a coach – helping people grow and solve problems themselves instead of stepping in to solve everything for them
• You are very familiar with the current state of AI-native engineering. You stay close to the frontier and adjust accordingly
• You have experience in engineering leadership roles, focusing on people management, and have worked closely with modern engineering teams in fast-growing product organizations
• You communicate confidently in English and are comfortable operating in an international environment
• You are comfortable working with multiple Tech Leads across teams while maintaining clarity around ownership and responsibilities
• You bring strong emotional intelligence and the ability to give honest feedback, navigate conflicts, and hold people accountable in a constructive way
• You communicate clearly and proactively, making sure decisions, expectations, and challenges are transparent across teams and stakeholders
• You understand and dive deep in technical discussions and engineering trade-offs well enough to follow and facilitate conversations, even though your focus is on leadership rather than writing production code
