Ensuring the Company and its departments comply with the applicable policies and regulations of CIMB Group, Bank of Thailand and other relevant statutory regulatory bodies. And also to assess and manage company risks effectively and propose/implement appropriate measures to reduce all other risk areas. Develop risk management manuals for STAMC internal departments and update them as necessary and provide reports and other information to management and other relevant regulators.
