Primary origination of debt capital markets (“DCM”) and Convertible Bonds Structuring (“CBS”) instruments and CM products (where applicable). The roles of Origination include pitching, structuring and execution of DCM deals including other CM products (where applicable) and to assist in the distribution of DCM products, where required. The roles also include SSF include pitching, structuring and execution of SSF deals including other CM products (where applicable) and to assist in the distribution of SSF products, where required.
