Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition AMEA

NOV is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across Africa, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Global Innovation Center. This regional leadership role will own the AMEA Talent Acquisition strategy and lead a geographically dispersed team supporting business growth across technical, commercial, operational, corporate, leadership and high-volume hiring. A major focus will be supporting the scale-up of the Global Innovation Center in Kochi. Working closely with senior business and HR leaders, the role will translate workforce plans and labour-market insight into effective hiring strategies, strong talent pipelines and a consistent candidate experience. The role will also play a key part in NOV’s ongoing Talent Acquisition transformation by driving the practical and responsible use of AI, automation and recruitment technology.
