Business Unit Manager - BUM Niort F/H

Join Leach International Europe as a Business Unit Manager. In this cross-functional role, you will manage the Business Unit's profit and loss account, achieve sales and profit objectives, and drive continuous improvement in profitability. You will work with a dedicated team and report to the Vice President Sales. Travel across Europe, Asia, Oceania, and the United States will be required.

• Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du plan de vente et de marketing pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
• Assurer un service client optimal, des livraisons à temps, la résolution des problèmes techniques et l'atteinte des objectifs de qualité.

**Skills & Professional Background**

**Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)** and **at least 5 years’ experience** in a **Program Manager role** within the **aerospace and/or defense industry**, involving direct international customer interaction.

Knowledge of **aerospace electrical distribution** would be an advantage but is not mandatory. In its absence, strong **technical common sense** is required.
