**The Role**
We’re looking for an **Investment Analyst** to join Industry Private Capital and report directly to senior leadership. You’ll support finance, portfolio oversight, and investment activity across our portfolio of operating businesses, real estate, and new acquisitions.

You’ll own the analysis and recurring reporting so leadership can focus on strategic decisions. This includes monitoring portfolio performance, preparing board and Investment Committee materials, screening and underwriting new deals, and building consolidated reporting. The role calls for strong financial modeling skills, a structured approach, and the discretion to handle sensitive financial information with complete integrity.

** What You’ll Do**

• Monitor portfolio company **KPIs** and maintain the portfolio performance dashboard.
• Prepare board and Investment Committee (IC) packages for senior leadership.
• Screen potential deals and assess them against investment criteria.
• Build **underwriting** and **financial** models to evaluate acquisitions and real estate opportunities.
• Draft investment memos with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Track **post-acquisition** integration and progress against key milestones.
• Prepare monthly consolidated **financial reporting** across entities.
• Maintain intercompany **tracking and reconciliations** across portfolio entities.
• Standardize reporting templates and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
• Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with leadership and portfolio company teams to gather data and resolve open items.

** What We’re Looking For**

• Fluency in **English** is essential. You’ll work directly with U.S.-based senior leadership and an international team.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Economics, Accounting,** or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in investment banking, private equity, real estate investment, FP&A, or advisory.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling (three-statement, DCF, underwriting, and returns analysis).
• Tools: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI or automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python) is a plus.
• Profile: Analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and trustworthy with confidential information.
