Candidate Profile
Educational or professional background in
Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
.
Good understanding of
Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
.
Good command of English.
Knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage, but not required.
Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Your future role

As a Transaction Advisory Associate, you will:
Support Financial Due Diligence projects for international clients.
Analyze financial statements
and business performance data.
Assist in the preparation of financial analyses
and transaction-related deliverables.
Review historical and current financial performance of companies under evaluation.
Prepare working files and documentation supporting due diligence engagements.
Develop expertise in Deloitte's Transaction Services
methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with experienced professionals across international teams.
Build your technical knowledge
in transactions, financial analysis, and deal advisory.
Deliver high-quality outputs while meeting project timelines.
