• Lead and manage the data team end to end, with full people management responsibility across analytics, engineering, and ML/AI.
• Own prioritisation across the three functions, making the right trade-offs when delivery demands compete.
• Drive scoping, assessment, and technical direction for new initiatives, and champion data privacy as a practitioner.
• Experience in a regulated or health-adjacent environment. We work with sensitive health data, and this shapes how everything gets built
• 8+ years of experience in data, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple data functions
• Strong analytical thinking with experience across both business and product analytics. You can frame the right questions, challenge outputs, and connect analytical work to business outcomes. Comfortable enough with data engineering and ML/AI to have informed conversations and make sensible prioritisation calls
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across the business
• Hands-on leadership experience across multiple data disciplines: analytics, engineering, and ML/AI. You've managed teams, not just projects
• Strong working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy in practice. You take data privacy seriously, and you've been the person making sure teams build responsibly, not just compliantly
