About The Role

Join , an AI teaching assistant revolutionizing the way teachers grade and support their students. As a Senior Product & Brand Designer, you'll work closely with the Founding Designer to create a product and brand that teachers love. This hands-on role involves end-to-end design, from product thinking to polished UI, communication assets, and illustration.

  • Design the product experience end to end, from problem framing and user flows to high-fidelity, production-ready UI.
  • Design the assets that carry the brand, including landing and marketing pages, social content, decks, campaign visuals, and print materials.
  • Produce illustrations that match the visual language, extending the illustration library across product, marketing, and social.

Must-haves

  • End-to-end design capability. You take work from UX thinking through to polished, production-ready UI.
  • Strong UI craft. A portfolio that shows real interface design: type, spacing, hierarchy, consistency, the finished details.
  • Illustration ability. You can create illustrations that fit a defined brand system (ours is vector 2.5D, purple-led, with a mascot)
  • Product mindset. You think about users and outcomes, work well with Product and Engineering, and ship.
  • Based in Paris (or willing to relocate). This role is 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
  • Fit for autonomy. You're comfortable in an early-stage environment: owning your scope, iterating fast, and raising the bar without waiting for permission.

Strong pluses

  • Comfort with design systems and shipping inside one.
  • EdTech or education experience, or genuine interest in the space.
  • Motion / micro-interaction skills.
  • A point of view on brand and communication design
