CATEGORY SPECIALIST (ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT)

Job Descriptions: Conduct Spend Analysis to identify optimization levers and cost saving opportunities Develop and implement category-specific sourcing strategies. Manage supplier relationship including performance review and risk mitigation Lead in negotiations and develop long-term agreements Support and conduct tender from bidder list preparation, sourcing execution in collaboration with end user. Ensure technical and commercial during RFQ/P until award processes Promote process improvement and knowledge sharing within Category Management. Requirements: Bachelor in Engineering 6-10 Years in Supply Chain Management or Category Management preferably in EPC or Construction projects. Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and spend analysis Strong analytical skills and data driven decision making Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities Proficient in MS Office Effective in communication for cross-functional collaboration Capable of maintaining professionalism, efficiency, and composure in high-pressure situations.
