Motor Claims Investigator

Responsibility:
Investigate fraudulent or suspicious insurance claims.
Review and assess claim liability and responsibility.
Provide guidance and consultation to surveyors and claim investigation staff.
Prepare official response documents for external organisations regarding claim-related matters.
Prepare and maintain related operational reports.
Key Requirements:
Male, aged between 23–40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to ride a motorcycle and own a motorcycle will be an advantage.
Previous experience in the insurance industry will be considered an advantage.
