Your Day-to-Day
Execute growth campaigns, activations, partnerships, referral, upsell/cross-sell, and CRM initiatives.
Support academic events and on-ground activations from planning to execution.
Track campaign performance, maintain growth trackers, and prepare simple reports.
Support lead generation, data cleaning, segmentation, and CRM management.
Coordinate with internal teams and support ad-hoc growth projects.
Who We’re Looking For
Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Comfortable working with data and turning findings into actionable insights.
Comfortable leading others and working on-ground.
Strong ownership, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides, with the ability to create clear reports and presentations.
