Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst – Ironclad Application Support to provide functional and production support for the Ironclad application as part of Finance Transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for supporting contract workflow operations, user access, system configurations, integrations, issue resolution, and change requests to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in application support, workflow troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, and supporting integrated enterprise systems. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_Ironclad Application Support\Finance Transformation_Advisory_Noida(India) Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day functional and production support for the Ironclad application · Resolve issues related to: · contract workflow breakdowns · approval routing issues · template/configuration issues · user access and permission issues · system integration failures · data integrity and document-related issues · Support backlog management and issue resolution for contract lifecycle management processes · Perform end-to-end testing for system changes, enhancements, and releases · Coordinate with business, legal, finance, IT, and technical teams for timely incident resolution · Support application enhancements, testing, defect fixes, and change requests · Monitor interfaces and integrations between Ironclad and connected enterprise systems · Support compliance, audit, and control-related activities where required · Maintain and update SOPs, support documentation, knowledge articles, and process guides · Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization Mandatory skill sets: 5 to 8 years of experience in: · application support · workflow systems support · contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools support · enterprise systems support · Experience supporting Ironclad or similar CLM/workflow applications is preferred · Good understanding of: · workflow-based business processes · approval routing · user role/access management · document and template management · Experience in incident management, issue tracking, and functional troubleshooting · Knowledge of system integrations with enterprise platforms · Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools Preferred skill sets: · Knowledge of system integrations with enterprise platforms · Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools Years of experience required: 5 to 8 Years Education qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA/ Any Finance Degree
