Social Media & Copywriter Intern

Job Description : Plan, write, and schedule engage-worthy content (captions, Stories, Reels, ads) across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Shopee Video. Draft copy for campaigns, product descriptions, website banners, and newsletters. Contribute creative ideas for collection launches, research fashion trends/competitors, and maintain a consistent brand voice. Assist with photo/video shoots and collaborate with marketing teams on campaign development. Track performance metrics, monitor trending topics, and engage directly with the audience. Handle general digital marketing activities and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements : Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Creative copywriting skills for social media captions, digital advertisements, product descriptions, campaign communications, and promotional materials. Ability to write engaging and persuasive ad copy for digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, including current trends and content formats. Ability to develop creative content ideas and messaging for product launches, campaigns, and brand activations. Basic proficiency in Canva and CapCut for visual content creation and video editing. Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Able to work following office hour (9-to-6), 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from our office in Pejaten, South Jakarta. Able to fulfill minimum 3 months internship period.
